Year 4 Outward Bound

On Friday the 20th of May 70 eager Year 4 boys and girls arrived at Summerleaze lake for a day of activities. The morning was spent trying out sailing, canoeing and raft building, and in the afternoon they challenged themselves and each other to a number of brain teasers and team games.
Afterwards, it was back to the Junior Boys school to pitch tents, followed by a BBQ and games in the Thicket.
Saturday morning began early (the children actually woke the birds up!) with football before breakfast, and an introduction to "Killer Frisbee" from Mr Jenvey!
After they were collected by Mums and Dads, the final challenge was on.... who could stay awake until tea-time!
